279 Reconstruction as Part of Breast Care Service: Are We Doing It Right?

Abstract Aim Breast cancer is the most common in United Kingdom. About one-third of our breast patients underwent mastectomy. The Association Surgery (ABS) and British Plastic, Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) guidelines state that all who undergo mastectomy should be offered immediate reconstruction (IBR) delayed (DBR) unless contraindicated.
